Who is it for?

Our signature Strength & Fitness Program came from seeing individuals feeling beaten down, intimidated by muscle bound gym posers, stuck in a rut and a little lost in the gym environment. They end up walking from machine to machine with no real direction or order and find themselves stuck at the same level. Feeling the frustration of wondering if it’s even possible for them to become better.

I felt the same way when I first began this journey of health and fitness so I could be the best version of myself. After my family gave me an intervention and told me I needed to lose weight in a way that felt more like an attack than help. After years of study, experience and helping almost 500 people just like you and me, this program has been tried and tested to get you the results you want to feel fitter, stronger and more confident in your body and clothes.

You will be guided through techniques, exercises and nutrition in easy to understand and achievable steps so you can get the most from your experience and leave every workout feeling a sense of achievement.

Who is it for?

The Hero In Training program has been designed for the individuals who want more from their workouts. Mainly race focused and looking for a training plan to insure they are ready to enhance their performance on either race day or to explode their training and prevent plateau’s so they can set even more impressive personal bests and wow their friends and family in the process.

If you are a beginner in exercise you can only apply for this program if you already have a race booked which is 10km in distance or more for running, 40km or more in cycling or attempting your first triathlon.

If you are intermediate to advanced in exercise you can apply for this program if you have already run beyond 10km for running, 40km for cycling or completed a triathlon and you are looking to either improve upon your time or are in training for your next race.
